Kamryn Schneider is an incredible young woman who struggled with a life-threatening eating disorder for many years.  As she worked towards health, she discovered the power of mindfulness, meditation and breath work, eventually becoming a registered yoga teacher.

Kamryn now teaches these powerful healing tools and shares her journey as a loving offering to those who may be facing their own struggles.

This year Kamryn has made it her goal to further her yoga education by attending the Forrest Yoga Foundation Teacher Training with Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco, hosted in Calgary this June.  This is a once in a lifetime experience to train underneath such educated and insightful teachers. This opportunity will allow her to dive deeper into her own healing and expand her knowledge as a teacher. #36 Flower Essences: The Healing Power of Flowers

In this episode Kim and Teresa explore the beautiful world of flower essences.  Flower essences are infusions made from flowers at the height of their bloom and exist within the realm of vibrational and homeopathic healing.  All flowers have an innate wisdom that they lovingly share with us.  Every flower has its own unique therapeutic properties. Unlike pharmaceuticals, which suppress symptoms, flower essences work by the principle of resonance in the subtle body where imbalances start.  They offer a beautiful way to heal and grow because flower essences act as catalysts for positive change at a deep emotional level.
